Does your account have useful linked products and services such as high interest savings accounts that allow immediate access / transfers between accounts, low interest charge credit cards, Mortgage Offsetting, Share dealing etc.

Halifax

Halifax branch staff are rubbish but their online banking and interest rates on savings is good.
