Tesla's BIG MISTAKE! Free Charging for LIFE! $700bn Stock Bubble Mania about to BURST! S 85D / Personal_Finance / Motoring

By: Nadeem_Walayat

Tesla's stock price has soared into the stratosphere, touching $900 a share earlier this year with the over hyped Autonomous EV, solar energy stock still trading over $700 a share that values the company at close to $700bn, MORE than ALL of the other auto manufacturers put together! Don't get me wrong, I like Tesla and would invest in Tesla for the long run, but NOT on a market cap $700bn that puts Tesla on a PE of over 1100! For instance Toyota makes 20 times more profit than Tesla yet Tesla is value near 3 times Toyota, what are the investors smoking? Tesla is a auto manufacturer! It should not be valued at about 60X Toyota! That is insane!

Anyway in this video I took a look under the hood at what it's like to own and drive a Tesla partying up with someone who has owned and driven one for 3 years.

By: HGR

Got an engine management warning light show up on your cars dash board? Before you rush off to the car dealership and pay upwards of £150 to get your codes read then why don't you try a OBD2 code reader. After some research I bought a Nexpeak NX501 off amazon https://amzn.to/36twU54 for 50 quid, then read the short manual and plugged it into my Land Rover Discovery Sport and wow! it WORKED! Find out in my latest money saving video of what it does video and how it could save you hundreds of pounds even prevent you from getting ripped off at a garage when they do unnecessary work!

In my opinion an OBD2 reader is a a must have tool and is CHEAP! Well worth it not just for reading the codes but also monitoring your car from time to time because this gadget does far more than just read the codes. My only regret is that I did not buy one earlier!

Viable Ways to Finance a Used Car / Personal_Finance / Motoring

By: Steve_Barker

Picture this: you’ve already done your homework on how to choose which used car to buy, but you’re still unsure how you’re going to pay for it. You ask yourself if it’s a smart move to finance a used car just as how most people would on a new car. Compared to the latter, there are several risks in financing a used car.

Generally, getting an auto loan can help you buy a car that costs more than its value by doing monthly payments. It is a matter of knowing how to borrow wisely so you can fully enjoy the benefits of a car loan. Otherwise, you’ll end up losing more cash since used cars may have higher interest rates than brand new cars. Before you take your plan to another step, take into consideration the pros and cons when financing a car compared to paying in cash.

Land Rover Discovery Sport Car Money Saving - OBD2 Diagnostic Port Location DIY Diagnosis / Personal_Finance / Motoring

By: HGR

As soon as my Discovery Sports 3 year manufacturer warranty is up, up popped the dreaded yellow engine management warning light prompting a visit to the local land rover dealer for a diagnosis that they said would cost £150 if the my extended warranty (a few months under approved used) was rejected. £150! just to read the codes! Likely it will be much cheaper at a local garage, maybe £50 to £75. This prompted me to go on the hunt for my own ODB2I ECU reader, one that is likely to work with a Land Rover Discovery Sport. But first to take a look at the OBD2 port / socket so as to ensure whatever I buy actually fits the port which this video illustrates.
