UK Health Warning - Environmental Flu Can Kill!

How ?

Your NHS surgery is manned by smooth talking incompetent GP's who do not know the difference between flu symptoms and something far worse that can literally kill within weeks.

Whilst GP salaries have risen from £40k to in many cases over £200k, the quality of patient care similarly appears to have gone in the opposite direction, as GP's increasingly perform less work whilst thinking of new ways to enjoy the new found wealth at both the expense of the tax payer and patient health.

A new survey of GP healthcare reveals that instead of diagnosing and treating patients, Doctors are more likely to be manipulating the appointments system so as to appear to hit targets. Thus patients are being brushed aside repeatedly, with dismissive worthless borderline shoulder shrug diagnoses, rather than to actually take the time to deliver competent diagnoses. Typically patients visiting their GP's with multiple complaints are likely to only have the most simplest complaint addressed. Take some ibuprofen is the usual worthless response up and down Britain today.

The state run medical profession in the UK is well organized and experienced at blowing their own trumpet, organising demonstrations and calling on near automatic Trade Union support. Further exaggerated by politicians from all parties falling over one another to support disgraceful, borderline worthless healthcare to garner votes from the million plus on the NHS gravy train and those that believe the propaganda.

But the facts do not support the relentless propaganda. The facts that a tripling in the NHS budget has resulted in little more than 30% increase in output. Facts that GP's have been awarding themselves pay rises of 30% plus per annum whilst at the same time cutting working hours. Facts that doctors from mainland Europe are being flown in at obscene expense to cover out of ours cover dumped by over paid GP's and then slyly blamed on the government.

The worst healthcare as expected is administered, in deprived areas, with the prosperous middle class areas where the populous tends to be in generally better health to start with. No wonder the large difference between life expectancies exist between areas.

So patients have one of two choices

1. Move to an well off area of the country with a competent GP surgery

or

2. Go and get competent private diagnoses.

Either way most of the British people are losers, whilst the symptoms of greed, mismanagement and unaccountability go untreated, instead more money gets sucked into the NHS black hole which under new labour has risen from £33 billion per year to an expected spend of over £110 billions this year!.

In the article Britain's NHS - One of the the worst health services in Western Europe - How it can be fixed , I proposed steps that could bring competent GP healthcare to Britain and proper accountability.

Worthless Doctors

Impossible to see my GP, bcos they surround themselves with argumentative receptionists, dont work evening or weekends, close for lunch, no long off appointments, no short term appointments, come in exactly 2.5 days time at their appointed time and wait for 4 hours or f you...

No fing choice which GP you can see, meaning if ur unlucky enuf to move into the catchment area of the worst GP in town you are forked

Doctors routinely covering up for each other, and we all know who the dangerous doc in town is, but try getting another doc to put it in writing is impossible...

Also surgeries normally staffed by locums who cannot communicate in english

Yea for the service we get GP's are way overpaid

But nothing is being done !

The Breakfast and Daytime TV garbage is full of smooth talking smeegle doctors, talking bullshite, where only proper diagnoses are delivered infront of TV cameras !

Dr Shipman

Your right, they watch each other backs and tend to gang up on patients in surgeries, and tend to make with little effective care they were delivering even worse !

Look at doctor Shipman, that twat doctor got away with murdering 250 patients over several decades !

Despite all of the complaints - NOTHING was done ! A complete whitwash and back covering by other doctors ! All those connected to Doctor Shipman should also have stood for manslaughter !

How many patients are being killed off on the quite today and mothing being done about it ?

We throw billions at anti terror measures with some 50 dead, but what about the potentially thousands being murdered and hastened to early graves by crap or muderous doctors ?

Worthless doctors?

I'm trying to figure out if this article is a spoof or not.

In the medical world 'many' is an adjective that means between 30 and 50%. How many doctors earn 200k plus? less than 1%. Which ones earn this much? Those that have partnership status in thriving GP businesses.

GPs can be profitable and provide good clinical care. You'll find actually the worst GPs will be those who don't earn very much. The salaried GP, and the 1 man practice where the GP is so overwhelmed with work, but can't afford to hire extra staff.

GPs don't award themselves payrises. MPs aard themselves payrises. MPs award GPs payrises. MPs award GPs and consultants payrises for the first time in a decade (with none since) and all of a sudden its the crime of the century.

Do yourself a favour. Look at a graph of doctors incomes over the past 40 years compared to the average income. It falls significantly, and steadily. In many cases doctors earn less than- in monetary terms (so even with inflation) than they did 5 years ago.

Gp Salaries more than double

James, the facts according to the times are -

GPs in England earned, on average, £103,000 a year in 2004-05.

Since 1999-2000, GPs’ pay has approximately doubled, from £52,000 a year

The number of patients per GP, and the number of consultations, have both declined. Home visits have almost disappeared.

Many GP's are only interested in numbers rather than quality of diagnoses. Get them in and out fast ! Leave soemone else to provide a competent diagnoses later on.
