So I guess nothing much has changed , The fall will only by acknowledged by the consensus - AFTER its materialised !

House prices to rise, house prices to rise, house prices to recover,house prices to recover, house prices to rise, baaah, baaah, baaah - Next, we will be seeing the Iraqi Information on the TV - 'What house price falls ?, the sons of dogs are all going up in price ! Buy now before you miss the rise !'

Of particular amusement is the March 89 report that The channel runnel will lead to a 20% rise in prices, 4 months later that the tunnel wil force prices down by 20% ! A 40% variation in 4 months !

Remember, to take note of what happens AFTER the next election, yes the housing market may drift until the next election, but what mood will grip the markets after the next election ?
